We do it for them. Only way we've found to make sure it gets done and fixed if we do find a problem. I?m primarily talking about business customers though.
In most deployments we never go on-site and use the existing IT people. Maybe they should be the ones to test and report to us. We don't do residential at all. -- Carlos Alvarez TelEvolve 602-889-3003
