Max, I don't think I saw anyone answer this. We use DashCS for our 411 & 555-1212 call handling. DashINFO is the product name. www.dashcs.com -Matt ----- Original Message -----

Thumbs up for dash as well. We have been using them since December of last year and have not complaints. Level 3 also offers OSDA over SIP or TDM Links, although that is not one of their services I have personally used. -Scott -----Original Message----- From: voiceops-bounces at voiceops.org [mailto:voiceops-bounces at voiceops.org] On Behalf Of Matthew S. The 'OS' part or OSDA does remind me: by far our greatest challenge is getting a better O/A provider. Does anyone have a recommendation? Is it using SIP or TDM? How to they provide billing records for the placed outbound calls? All ideas are welcome. We do have functional OA today, but the carrier is not consistent in the presentation to the end-user. Ah, nothing that witty. :) The OA company simply handled the OA phone calls differently at different times. Almost at random. For example, when they first answer the calls, the operator's greeting would sometimes mention our name, sometimes their name, sometimes no name at all. Sometimes they would require a credit card of the caller to connect a call. Sometimes not. John Alex Balashov wrote:

Today we use Deltacom via TDM, and not that I call them very often unless to test dialplans, I am not aware of any issues with presentation or otherwise. -Scott -----Original Message----- From: voiceops-bounces at voiceops.org [mailto:voiceops-bounces at voiceops.org] On Behalf Of John Dupuy Sent: Monday, May 24, 2010 6:04 PM Cc: voiceops at voiceops.org Subject: Re: [VoiceOps] Directory Assistance Ah, nothing that witty. :) The OA company simply handled the OA phone calls differently at different times.
