I can't say enough good things about them and him. Unfortunately, for me, the company I work for acquired a number of smaller VoIP providers and we moved everything to Acme/Oracle support. This was not a reflection of ECG but vendor consolidation (we have other Oracle contracts) If you search the archives I'm sure you'll find his contact details as well as a wealth of other knowledge that he has imparted. My oracle support contract is about to come to term, want to see if there are any other options that you guys use for acme support. We use it very lightly but would still be nice to pay someone that knows it in and out. On or off list is fine.
