Has anyone noticed a decline in the willingness of the larger carriers like CenturyLink, Earthlink, Level 3, Windstream, and XO, etc to provide wholesale services, such as transport, Ethernet, Fiber, Voice services, etc to your company? Have you seen any of these big carriers pull out of markets in the last year that they were previously serving? Have you seen them increase the rates for these services so much that it takes all the profitability out of offering it to your customers?
