I apologize in advance if anyone finds this off topic. We are NY based CLEC and exploring to become MVNO(possibly nationwide) . Where do I start? Anyone with good contact with ATT/VZ/TMO wholesale/MVNO division? We do not need standard billing, branding and network management offerings. Just cheapest way re-sale mobile services. Thanks Jay.
