The only SIP devices I've seen without keypads are SIP door phones. I would suggest finding an analog phone with no buttons and pairing it with an ATA set to auto dial whatever you'd like. While I have not used one I think Viking Electronics is who I would try out first. I have no relationship with them. It just seems like they specialize in it more based on googling around. For a door phone solution, We have evaluated a few vendors including Viking, Algo, N2, and Grandstream. They all have a valid product. We ended up selecting Grandsteam because it was the best fit for our requirements (Features, security, auto-provisioning, price...)
