Does anyone have any experience with SIPRoutes (siproutes.com)? It seems too good to be true, so of course I'm worried. Feel free to contact me offline or on. Thanks, --- Brandon P. Buckner Switching Technician / VoIP Admin Iowa Network Services brandonb at netins.com<mailto:brandonb at netins.com>

Brandon, I have gone through their inter-op (which is very straight-forward) and I am getting ready to turn some traffic over to them. At this point I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are great to work with and have a great toolset for troubleshooting and rectifying issues without needing to get them involved. Let me know if you want to discuss things further. ---Chris Wallace On Feb 2, 2012, at 7:47 PM, Brandon Buckner wrote:

I would love to hear what you think after you start using them with real traffic. On Tue, Feb 7, 2012 at 2:51 PM, Chris Wallace <lists at iamchriswallace.com>wrote:

Their sales guy just contacted us today -- Chris, do you have any feedback to share with the group? We tested with them for a couple months and have been live for about 3. Their service is pretty solid with one exception where they lost an IP carrier and it took 5 minutes (an eternity) for BGP to re-route. Other than that, most issues have been a long call connect here and there, which points to specific carriers (they are only as good as their weakest link). Their portal is top-notch and their support thus far has been good. They even proactively notified us to let us know that our average CPM was a little high and that we should take a look at the carriers we had in routing (as the end user you can control which carriers are in the route list, which is very cool). My wish-list items are: -- geographic diversity (it appears they have one SBC pair) -- private IP connections (they only offer access over the Internet) -- International terminations (they only do domestic) I'd say they are definitely worth a look for LCR, but I would not make them your sole choice. Thanks. I asked the sales guy pointed questions about geographic diversity and he avoided addressing it, other than to say they can re-IP another device. Feedback from others (off-list) were that they can't be used to terminate all calls, so single digit to low double digit percentage of 503's are to be expected -despite the sales guy saying they have complete coverage. There were a few other small things and I'll admit that I wasn't left feeling comfortable. So far so good, we route a good portion of LD traffic to them and have no complaints. ---Chris On Jun 29, 2012, at 1:39 PM, Frank Bulk wrote:
