We are seeing clean call setups/tear down on Toll-Free with no audio complaints. I believe we are on the San Jose switch. Fyi ... update from Level3 The IP NOC advised that the technician who performed the card replacement implemented an incorrect isolation procedure which inadvertently caused the impact for voice and IP customers. All services are restored and remain stable. Ujjval K
