Translation Contacts for Verizon Wireless and Sprint

Anyone have the number for the translations department at Verizon Wireless and Sprint? I have a client whose having routing problems with only Verizon Wireless and Sprint calls so I'm thinking these two companies haven't added the new NXX to their routing tables. Any help with contacts would be greatly appreciated. Mary Lou Carey BackUP Telecom Consulting CLEC Consultant OFF: 615-791-9969

Whenever we turned up a new NXX in a CLEC and the issue was with a Tier 1 wireline or wireless carrier we found it most effective to get an employee who had a mobile number with them to open a ticket or to ask the calling customer to open a ticket. But perhaps that was expedient for us only because we didn't have direct numbers to their translation departments. Thanks! That's typically what I tell people to do, but this time they did it and they're still having a problem getting it fixed. I've run into situations before where you don't make it to the right department and carrier takes the easy way out and tells you it's the other carrier's problem and they can't do anything about it. Usually if you can get to the translations department, you can get it fixed right away......it's just a matter of getting there that is the problem!
