We migrated a couple years ago I. I suppose it'd be more accurate to say we were *forced* to migrate off. :) The migration was fairly quick and painless for us, however the new platform had a few differences I wasn't too fond of such as lack of support for RFC2833. I don't recall any significant quality differences. In general I'm pleased with the quality of Vector compared to some other carriers' networks.
