Issues with providing International term and orig

Not looking for binding legal advice, but can anyone provide high level thoughts related to legalities/regulatory issues of providing T&O for a large group of users located in the UK. Main office location is located in the US, but these users would require local numbers, etc. Thanks, Rob

Hi Rob - Basically not many. The big one's making sure they've 999 (=911) set up. It'll also depend who you contract with - if you contract directly with the UK part of the business, then you'd probably have to register with an ombudsman service and deal with a slew of other requirements. If you contract with the US main office, not so much. Here's a little light reading.. https://www.ofcom.org.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0021/36192/general_condition... --Dave On Thu, Mar 8, 2018 at 12:10 PM, Robert Dawson <rdawson at alliedtelecom.net> wrote:
