I would like to acquire a list of TN's and their respective carriers for a small rate center (14 blocks of numbers) I can do API requests to Twilio or another provider to lookup a carrier per TN, but that is outside of my budget. Does anyone know a more efficient way to acquire this information? Sincerely, Keln Taylor kelntaylor at gmail.com

Telcodata.us? If you already have the blocks and you want to find npac like data and cnam you can use everyoneapi Thanks, Shripal

I think that my question wasn't clear, or I'm not finding the right options at http://www.localcallingguide.com/ or http://telcodata.us/ Even though a block of TNs may be assigned to a carrier, an individual number may be ported elsewhere. I would like to know where each number is ported. for example: the carrier for 123-456-0001 might be Level 3 and the carrier for 123-456-0002 might be Vonage I would like a list of individual numbers and their current carriers in a rate center. Define cheaper, as some providers will be happy to give you daily delta of the LRN database to integrate in a local database and avoid network time to request the information.

If you're set up in the NPAC then your access provider probably has something which can do thousand block reports on demand, i.e. Neustar Port PS. This this is a serious part of your business and you don't already have access then consider applying as a Provider of Telecom Related Services. If you already have the blocks and you want to find npac like data and cnam you can use everyoneapi

I would like to acquire a list of TN's and their respective carriers for a small rate center (14 blocks of numbers) I can do API requests to Twilio or another provider to lookup a carrier per TN, but that is outside of my budget.
Does anyone know a more efficient way to acquire this information?

Thanks for the input everyone. Long term, it sounds like I need to get setup in NPAC. Short term, I plan to filter my requests down to a manageable quantity and just query Opencnam or Twilio. Many LRN dipping companies allow a dip over http in various formats. Match the LRN to the NPANXX in the LERG and that should provide the carrier name. LRN dips are much cheaper than CNAM dips. Usually 1000 dips is less than $0.01. On Wed, Apr 5, 2017 at 6:58 PM, Keln Taylor <kelntaylor at gmail.com> wrote:

I?ve used these guys, the API is quite simple: http://www.bulk911.com/cnam.html# <http://www.bulk911.com/cnam.html#> On Apr 5, 2017, at 11:22 PM, Victor Chukalovskiy <victor.chukalovskiy at gmail.com> wrote: I agree. You do not need to buy NPAC access if all you want is LRN dipping for some back-office task automation. You can buy that service from the same companies that sell CNAM dipping and LRN dipping for call routing purposes. You may need to adjust it for your needs and do a bit of coding / scripting. You may need to figure out the difference between OCN (in LERG terms) and SPID (in NPAC terms) and map one into another, or do some similar kind of wizardry.
