Anyone using FaxBack Satisfaxtion? Any pros/cons/thoughts? Particularly interested in feedback on the HTTPS ATA solution. Any other alternative suggestions? I have looked at that solution pretty extensively and it works very well, however I just don't have a need for it in our current customer base. ---Chris On Sep 15, 2011, at 2:05 PM, Robert Dawson wrote:

We've been running FaxBack now for more than a year. We had a rough start at the beginning with stability and support issues but things have been more stable in the last few months. With the exception of a single device using HTTPS on a separate beta server, we exclusively use the product for faxing via email. Our one customer using the HTTPS integration likes it and it rarely goes down, but again it is only one device on a dedicated server. We do however intend to investigate expanded HTTPS use in the mid-term future. Our main issue with the product is that it does not seem to be particularly suited for a service provider environment. Features that you would expect for a service provider product including API, partitioning capabilities, tiered administration access etc either do not exist or are rudimentary. Having said that, FaxBack has worked with us to get through a lot of these issues and our experience is getting much better. ADAM BAIRD | SR.
