Level 3 Termination Issues - Vector

We are seeing a lot of 503s from Level 3 Vector network. Any similar sightings? L3 side could be maxed out on our Trunks, but just wanted to confirm as there is no response from Level 3 NOC on this. I've noticed a bunch of calls ringing busy when they shouldn't, and some customers reporting inbound DIDs not ringing through. Problem seems to be on Vector and Viper is fine.
