
I noticed that at 7:48am EDT to 7:53am EDT, the Vitelity Portal and API became unavailable, then back up, then back down again at 7:57am and is still down. This outage is not affecting calls. The emergency contact information I have isn't reaching anyone. Does anyone have a method to reach Vitelity in an outage? Vitelity sent this back and said it could be shared with the list. The networks ops line is 303.900.5300 There should be someone always answering that as well as emergency tickets. They ask that the number be used for emergencies only. For all routine requests use the normal support lines.
