360 Networks experiences

We indirectly use 360 Communications (via DASH Carrier Services), and we've had problems... ones that they acknowledge (due to network design and implimentation) but ones they'll not fix. It has caused us much heartburn, and almost cost us a lot of business. I've been very happy with the service from 360n. We rarely have issues and when we do you get to talk to someone intelligent right away. When their support people say they are going to call you back, they actually call you back.
