Don't waste your time the majors are migrating into one unified platform. TargusNeustar will update listing for free and most carriers are caching from them when u do SIP or SS7 dips. Our main origination provider is Level3, and their ELS package is pricey. We're using other providers for CNAM and 911, but so far haven't found anyone that can support getting listings into LIDB.
