Next action: Level3 IP found SONUS INVITES were not reaching the clients. This issue has been cleared at this time. Approximate time frame of occurrence 15:50-17:16 GMT. Level3 Engineers are currently investigating why the traffic was not offered to the client's network. We will provide additional information as we receive it. At this time the issue has been cleared and calls are completing.
