It appears the owners own another entity, Blitz Telecom Consulting, listed in this release about a revenue-sharing judgment against Peerless in which they prevailed: http://www.prweb.com/releases/2016/04/prweb13332204.htm It may be the retail storefront of the origination operation, while Local Access has the actual CLEC holdings.
