I thought only we had customers that did that crap. We have one customer that spends 3-4 days trying to tell us what he needs help with. He never types anything in the message body, just the subject line. It kind of goes like this over a few days. We have customers who call us on-net complaining that they can't call out, as well as some who email us complaining that they can't send email.
