We're currently using a combination of phpipam for ip address management SIP endpoints, etc. spreadsheets and circuit diagrams, etc. for the people who are connecting via traditional T1. Hoping there's something out there that's better.

I'm envisioning something that will store the A and Z end, as well as the CLLI code that the major providers are still using, upstream contact info, circuit ID, TT Phone number, and all of the intermediate stuff -- channels on a DS3, slots, ports, etc.
