What is the general consensus on CPE for hosted VoIP customers that are providing their own connectivity. Are you using whatever the customer provides, requiring a particular device, etc.? We typically use Edgewater, just wanted to see what others were doing. If they are providing the internet service we use the existing network equipment. We provide the VoIP hardware of course. The customer is warned that if there are call issues, the first thing we'll do is tell them to replace the router, and we'll provide a list of acceptable routers.
