I know the OP wanted software, but I'm interested. We use VoiceNation for our emergency backup line, in case OUR infrastructure is down. Thankfully our customers haven't had to use it, but we want offnet coverage. VoiceNation charges $50/month plus $1 or $2 per minute. We get 1-2 calls a year, most of them are not for us. When they do get a message, they do a "Live Relay" through a call tree until someone is reached, at which point the message is relayed. Since we're low volume, like 0-2 calls a year, I'd love to know of any other carriers that offer live 24/7 live answering and message relay for less than VoiceNation. I'm looking at: * AnswerAmerica -- $1/call, don't know if they do Live Relay * AnswerNet -- unsure of pricing, unsure of Live Relay * Specialty Answering Service -- $29/month + $1.19/minute Any others (with pricing considering our situation) is appreciated! PatLive is too much for us. Unsure of AnswerAllUSA On Tue, 7 Mar 2017, Joe Carroll wrote:

Izzy I own a full featured answering service along with a Taqua T7000 & Broadworks. We can build a SIP trunk between our switches and you can forward calls to our service. Keep everything VoIP, no need to route through PSTN. We can bill you wholesale or bill your clients directly Please let me know if you would like additional information Thanks -Matt ________________________________ From: VoiceOps <voiceops-bounces at voiceops.org> on behalf of Izzy Goldstein - TeleGo <igoldstein at telego.net> Sent: Tuesday, March 7, 2017 7:25:13 PM To: voiceops at voiceops.org Subject: [VoiceOps] in-house answering service solution anyone have anything they would recommend ? my client is looking to eliminate voice mails from several of their departments, and rather have a live person answer the call as a answering service, and they need the ability to track of the calls were called back after a message was taken, etc -- Izzy Goldstein Chief Technology Officer Main: (212) 477-1000 x 2085<tel:(212)%20477-1000> Direct: (929) 477-2085<tel:(929)%20477-2085> Website: www.telego.com<http://www.telego.net/> [https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/Ze7NkT2QtotXfVWbpWXrpSMRIcAdqb0Ci0_RZsAjQzmRrd-_v02-O86QlqwZnGUE8SlBECXBvJUPXSH7ZRyDvDVeaXQFSS5SiA4gan112DN-0s2D3prRdt2UeUprZQEo1YmUFfZ7]<http://www.telego.com/> Confidentiality Notice: This e-mail may contain confidential and/or privileged information.
