Route issue, Google Voice to Verizon Landlines
Hello everyone, Does anyone have a contact at Google Voice? It seems that calls from Google Voice to Verizon landlines are failing. I’ve verified this with a few Google Voice account owners. As many of you know, a carrier lookup on Google Voice numbers returns Bandwidth. I also tried reproducing the issue on Bandwidth routes, but calls succeeded every time from Bandwidth to Verizon landlines. Thank you, Yitz

Have you ascertained that this is not confined to one rate centre or LATA? Or is there no reasonable way to do that given where your customer base is?
