[VoiceOps] FUSF is 26.5% for Q3 2020: Discuss

Holy Crap. Reviewing my bills for July -- FUSF jumped from 19.6% to 26.5% !!! For Q3 2020. 1Q 2009 was 9.5%. How much is being collected and what actually is this money going toward? And WHY do they need such a high percentage?!? Discuss.
