T-Mo playing a message that a phone number is a scam
Hi, Has anyone had an issue where T-Mobile will play a message saying that a phone number is a scam? We have a hosted platform for non profits and it seems one of the numbers started having this issue. I wouldn't even know where to start or whom to contact. The org published the number recently and people call and then instantly hang up.
We had the same issue with a single number recently. Only on tmo. We are following the same process by having the customer open a ticket with firstorion and fill out the tns form. Thanks, Shripal

Have you checked to see if the number is on the DNO list? That’s where I’d check first. Sent from my iPhone

The following organizations all manage a DNO list. I would check with all of them to make sure your number is not on their list.
