T1 Crossover Cable

I'm connecting a Adtran 904 to a Shoretel system for a voice only PRI. Am I correct that a cross-over cable is needed and not a straight thru cable? The IT vendor and I are having a small disagreement. Vitelity Portal and API Down

I noticed that at 7:48am EDT to 7:53am EDT, the Vitelity Portal and API became unavailable, then back up, then back down again at 7:57am and is still down. This outage is not affecting calls. The emergency contact information I have isn't reaching anyone. Does anyone have a method to reach Vitelity in an outage? TRS service in Michigan

In Michigan, AT&T is withdrawing TRS service as an offering early next year. Each provider will be responsible to make their own arrangements for TRS. Establishing a direct agreement with one of the national TRS providers seems to be quite expensive. Is anyone able to offer this service to us ? We have voice and data with L3, this is affecting our voice service with but not our data... Network Event Ticket ID 8525393 10/28/2014 6:50 PM GMT The Transport NOC reports that a card failure in Philadelphia, PA is affecting protected services. Tier III is actively engaged and is investigating at this time.

anyone have service with XO in their e-sip side? they seem to have a great deal but just saw a two month deal fall over because they "suddenly" don't support open-source or asterisk anymore but do switchvox... this is after a deposit too. thanks, JD
