Good Morning- Does anyone out there disable Provisioning on the SPA942 after the initial file sequenced is pushed? I have found this as a good patch for stabilizing the phone using the Broadsoft config for my mac.xml file. Please let me know any insight or thoughts.. SPA942 Timers and Profile Rules

Good Morning- I am a new member and wanted to ask a quick question. I am doing interop testing of the Linksys 942 with Broadsoft. I was able to get it working finally! However the phone reboots after 5 minutes. I have been tweaking the timers but need the phone to work with provisioning if need be but still not reboot so quickly. Can someone out there please share their timer values? Cisco linksys spa 942 and tftp

Hi Anyone figured out the easiest way to have spa942 pull config files from a tftp server- file name conventions ..etc , that are known to work. Broadsoft partner config guide states to use .cfg extentions, but the phone seems to only like .xml. , butvstill doesnt pull all files - system file as well as MAC. xml Any direction would help. Hi all, Currently we are running Cisco PGW-based voice network and we are thinking of migarting to another platform. I saw a presentation of Sonus and it looks feature rich patform. I would like some feedback if anyone has experience with Sonus (for both TDM and VoIP.) If I have multiple copies of polycom firmware on a server (in different directories, of course), is there any way to know what version it is? The phones seem to be able to tell by downloading the 4k, but I don't see a firmware version.There appears to be header info in the file but nothing that tells me explicitly that this is, for example, v3.3.1.
