Does anyone have an abuse contact at Google Voice? I was recently contacted by a scammer and they directed me to contact a Google Voice number. Looking for cost-effective eSBC that supports inband DTMF <-> RFC2833 transcoding support

We have an educational customer with an IVR that only supports RFC 2833 and an eSBC (Mitel border gateway) that cannot not perform transcoding from inband DTMF to RFC2833. There are some local VoIP to VoIP calls where the caller's device only supports inband DTMF and our softswitch cannot transcode them, so the IVR doesn't work for some parents and constituents. We'd like to recommend a cost-effective eSBC that supports inband DTMF <-> RFC2833 transcoding. Any recommendations from this group? I looked at EdgeMarc, but apparently their newer models don't have a DSP, or at least that functionality, anymore. Frank

T-Mobile Voice Engineer Assistance

We've got calls failing from T-Mobile customers to our DIDs held by Level3 and are having a lot of trouble finding a resolution through either carrier's support channel. Is there someone equipped to assist with this?

Old PA System setup

Hey guys, https://www.valcom.com/pdf/v1030c_v1036c.pdf We're trying to find the best way to interface 3 old Valcom speakers V-1030c to an IP paging system. I have a Snom PA1 but that won't work as we initially thought because speakers need 4 wires on a 24v power system. So 2 wires are for 24v power, and the other 2 are for audio. The snom only has a positive and negative output that feeds passive speakers, not active speakers like these. What is the best way to utilize these 3 speakers or should we just replace the speakers? We're trying to keep budget to a minimum for them so we would prefer to utilize the same speakers but what's the best way to power them and feed them audio using the existing 2-pair RJ11 cable they use? Port to a fax platform

Hey all, We typically use Vitelity vFax for porting over fax numbers and use their Fax Enable device which seems to work well. We ran into a ratecenter that they say doesn't work for vFax. Are there any other providers you recommend checking with who offer a Fax ATA use the TLS or HTTP method so it's not actually using Voip for the fax connection? I really need to port this number to a fax provider and something we can still support.
