Charter/Spectrum Port Out?

Is there anyone at Charter/Spectrum (Oregon area) that can help with a port out? It's been rejected 5 times now. Every time I call in, the rep gives me a slightly different variation of the address to re-submit. The winning carrier keeps getting rejected and asks for a CSR copy. Charter/Spectrum flat-out tells me "we don't do CSR reports for small business customers" and then proceeds to give me a slightly different version of the address every time I call in. They absolutely refuse to let me talk to or communicate with the team that actually makes the accept/reject decision to find out why. They simply say "it was rejected because of the address". I've spent hours on the phone over the last few weeks and I'm getting nowhere. Thanks, -A

MiRTA thoughts or experiences

Hi all, I'm researching multi-tenant systems for a small ITSP and had previously found FusionPBX. Just recently ran across MiRTA PBX and like several of it's features and the way its built. Does anyone have perspective they'd like to share? Off list is fine too, I'll summarize if there is desire. Thanks Mark

Yes, started getting reports to multiple wireless carriers around 3PM EST. Bandwidth confirmed T-Mobile outage. Haven?t confirmed other carriers. I wonder what root cause is? Metaswitch VP3510 Options?

For those of you that have had Metaswitch VP3510s and migrated to something else, what did you do and why? I've known for about a year that some day I'd have to make that decision, but it appears that day has come more rapidly than I expected. We have an (R)SP4200 that has failed (waiting on support to determine which one or both). Maybe it's a better spend to just move off of that platform. Option 1: Replace the RSP4200\SP4200 for up to about $16k and be in the same boat I was a month ago. Option 2: My soft-idea after a conversation with my Metaswitch sales rep was to move all of the TDM aspects to a UMG and move all of the CFS and other aspects into Dell servers. While I love virtualization and have been virtualizing workloads for 15 years, Metaswitch only support vSphere and OpenStack. OpenStack is too cumbersome for our size and the vSphere licensing costs more than the servers it would run on. That point is even further underlined by the fact that Perimeta would require Enterprise Plus licenses. My thought was to just buy some more servers and just run the software right on the box. The last batch of Dell R630s we got were only about $2k/each all-in. Cheap enough to have cold spares, racked and waiting. We'd likely just leave MetaView and Perimeta where they are (6010s) until we had EOL concerns there. I am working with Metaswitch, both support and sales as far as my options through them. I've also set up a meeting with a Metaswitch consultant to run through our options. More good data, the better. Carriers pulling out of the US market

We just got an email from a large Tier1 carrier: Please be informed as a result of increasing fraudulent call scenario?s in the wholesale market, <CARRIER> will no longer be able to terminate traffic towards United States, effective June 15th 2020. The traffic will not be completed, hence you are advised to reroute your traffic. I wonder if this is the result of STIR/SHAKEN or something else.

Canadian Mobile/Landline TN lookup

Anyone have an idea on where/how to find accurate near-real time TN lookups for Canada to determine whether a number is mobile or landline? As a blunt tool, we have used NPA-NXX/X ranges but this doesn't cover ported numbers, which is what we are after for a client. Thanks in advance!
