New VZB RTP addresses?

We have been having intermittent one-way audio recently with VZB wholesale SIP TNs. It may be limited to calling VZ retail SIP TNs Our RTP captures indicate RTP addresses we've never been told about by VZ. Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone been notified by VZ that the RTP addresses of the VBZ servers have changed? This is at least the 2nd time we've seen this in the past year. Our VZB sales rep is *totally* useless.

Dash packet loss issue

Voiceops, Has anyone else seen hour-spanning packet loss on inbound termination from Dash/Bandwidth/Inet.com's Atlanta CXC on the start of this week and the past week? On those days, 9/4 and 9/10, we saw 2-10% packet loss on calls inbound from their Atlanta CXC, 208.94.159.10. No issues found anywhere within our network or our carrier's network, but occasional ICMP loss to their Atlanta (the timing was a near match to the RTP loss.) We saw no issues on their other CXC, Denver, 208.94.157.10, until they moved inbound traffic to us to prefer *that* cxc, and then the issues moved over there, despite it being a different route! We're 99% sure that this is their media endpoint being congested outbound to us, as these are occurring across peak hours on the largest day of the week and the issues move around depending on where the load is pointed -- and I'm looking for some confirmation that this is happening to all of their customers, and not just us. What are you seeing? Atlanta packet loss on the days above, and Denver packet loss yesterday after noon PST? Phoenixsoft Mera/Aloe platforms for wholesale

Routing and translations contacts

Hey everyone, I am hoping you all can enlighten me on how you deal with routing and translations issues (customers cannot dial a known-working number on another carrier). I know that some of you simply have an account with each provider and go through the troubleshooting with the 'client'-side escalation procedure. I am hoping to not go this route. I am looking for any contact information any of you might have for any of the major players' routing and translations departments. The SDP looks fine and we see two-way audio flowing, but one side can't hear anything.
